Although this entertaining space lives within one of our residential renovation projects, it was designed with high-end hospitality in mind. The clients wanted a moody, funky, and surprising space which felt like a luxe hotel bar or lounge. A custom upholstered walnut banquette swoops in and out to create pockets for introverted and extroverted social settings. A reflective metallic wallcovering changes tones depending on the surroundings and light levels. Ground and polished concrete floors add visual texture. Forest green painted walls and ceilings create a cozy, intimate atmosphere. Movable stools and tables allow for flexible seating arrangements. Dimmable light fixtures add soft ambiance. A sweeping, cove lit arch highlights a carrara marble backsplash and glass shelf display.
