Our client approached us with a unique idea: a new indoor/outdoor dog park, bar, and café in Chicago. Her vision is to create a vibrant community space where dogs and humans can connect, relax, and have fun together. It is envisioned as a Third Space and community hub for socializing, events, and more. Park and Bark will be a safe, engaging space with amenities for both dogs and humans.

We helped the client put together a feasibility study to better understand zoning, building, and health code requirements along with program and space requirements based on occupancy and precedents. The feasibility study will help the client refine their business plan and look for the right location.
